The H&S TOOL RS-24 reciprocating saw is a versatile and reliable tool that can cut up to 24 inches (609.6 mm) diameter.
It is used as a handheld tool on small diameter applications.
For larger diameters, a variety of clamping devices saw blades, and accessories enable cutting tubes, pipes, and even structural steel.
An optional automatic feed for hands-free operation is also available.
Powerful and reliable 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) pneumatic motor, cycles up to 330 strokes per minute.
The blades are made of high-quality steel and are quickly and easily replaced for maximum cutting efficiency.
The bow option provides stability and increases accuracy. Small and large bows are offered. They limit maximum pipe size in a single set up to the “A” dimension.

The CHS Compact Saw is a compact and lightweight hand saw that produces high horsepower and over 5,000 RPM to cut through heavy wall pipes and tubes with ease.
These rugged saws have all of the features you demand in a production tool:
- Built-in spindle lock allows for quick and easy cutting blade replacement.
- Adjustable guard allows rotation of the guard to avoid obstructions and provide an optimum angle of attack. Use as a right-hand or left-hand version by rotating the guard 180 degrees.
- Dual position handle can be positioned parallel to the blade or at a right angle as workspace dictates.
- Blade Selection – accepts 7, 9, and 10 inches (177.8, 228.6, and 254.0 mm) diameter blades, 0.063 inches (1.6 mm) thick, and guards.
TS-400 TRACK SAW
The TS-400 Track Saw is a powerful, accurate track saw that improves productivity in water wall panel replacement projects. The patented track mounting system eliminates wheels and rollers yet slides easily into position and stops kickbacks without the need for a lock.

The H&S TOOL TS-400 Track Saw is a proven, patented design that makes cutting waterwall panels and removing membranes fast, safe, and easy.
The TS-400 Track Saw and the membrane attachment are mounted on a carriage which rides on a special track for smooth, easy operation. Simply slide the saw to the cut point and plunge cut through the entire panel up to 4 inches (101.6mm) OD.
The track sections are supplied in 6 foot (1.8 m) lengths. They are easily assembled into greater lengths by attaching them with a single bolt. Evenly spaced weld tabs with cut line locators make a straight, rigid base for accurate sawing.
